beatandraise.com is operated by Iterative Works GmbH, c/o WeWork, Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20, 80333 München, Germany (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the website, the MCP connector at mcp.beatandraise.com, the API and the research reports sent by email (together, the “Service”). How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
There are no subscriptions. Prices include German VAT (19%).
We may change prices for the future. A change never affects credit or reports you have already paid for, and we announce it on this page before it applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Dublin, Ireland. You enter your payment details with Stripe directly; we never see or store your card details.
The questions you ask, your chat conversations, the research requests you email us and the reports we produce for you remain yours. We use them only to provide the Service to you, including sending them to our AI provider as described in the privacy policy, and to keep the Service secure. We do not show them to other users or publish them.
beatandraise.com does not provide financial advice, and nothing in the Service should be read as advice to buy, sell or hold any security. Please speak to a financial advisor about investment decisions.
Filings are shown as filed with the SEC. AI-generated answers and reports are drawn from those filings and can still be incorrect or incomplete. The connector offers tools to check a quotation or figure against the filing it came from; please check anything you rely on against the original document.
Automated access to the website must follow our robots.txt and must not burden the Service; for bulk or programmatic access, use the MCP connector or the API, which exist for that. You may not use the Service in breach of the law, attempt to get around its security or rate limits, or resell access to it. We may block traffic that harms the Service or other users.
The Service provides information drawn from public filings, as it is. Filings, extracted data and AI-generated answers can be incorrect, incomplete or out of date, and you are responsible for the decisions you make using them. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or missing information, or from the Service being temporarily unavailable, except as set out in the next paragraph.
This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited: for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, or where we have given a guarantee. Where we are slightly negligent in breaching an obligation that is essential to the contract, we are liable only up to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was made.
The Service links to sec.gov and other external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected].
We may close an account with 30 days’ notice by email. We may suspend or close it immediately for a serious breach of these terms, such as abuse of the Service or unlawful use. If we close your account for any other reason, we refund unused paid credit.
We will tell account holders about material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and show the new effective date on this page. If you do not agree to a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts of Munich have jurisdiction.
